This whole series brought tears to my eyes. I can’t imagine losing a pet like that. I do know that art can make such a difference. I lost my dog last December out of nowhere. It wasn’t a tragedy like this, but my friend gave me a painting did of him that now rests in a frame by his ashes, in the sort of shrine that I have for my lost pets. It means the world to me. I treasure the image so much. I’m sure that this is an image these folks will treasure forever too.

I will comment here for the whole series... how absolutely wonderful... I don't know what i would do without my doggos...
