Since Amanda was created Kat's had a thing for her.
Enough that, for the first time since her creation some 10+ years ago now, Kat is finally dating someone for real.
Of course it just happened to be the psycho macro panther Amanda Melanis.
That's probably why Kat likes her, she's wild and unpredictable, much like herself. Normally Amanda is 100 ft. tall, but right now she's normal sized since Kat had a gift for her.
Amanda: So, why did you get me a collar?
Kat: It's cute, don't you like it?
Amanda: Sure, but, why?
Kat: I just thought it'd be nice if we had some matching jewelry, see? Your collar matches this watch I have.
Amanda: Oh... That's nice, I guess...
Kat: Yes, (and as long as you're wearing that collar I can control your size and even send you a nice little electric shock if you try to pull anything...)
Amanda: What?
Kat: Oh, nothing. You look so cute.

lol Really? You didn't expect those two to like each other. I did hint at it a little in the rp before disappearing. XD
Yeah, for a little while I'd been talking about how Kat never had a serious partner, how she'd never had a real girlfriend or boyfriend, and then Amanda was created, and, for some reason... instant attraction. Despite the fact Amanda would probably treat Kat like a toy most of the time, Kat likes her. Of course she's not dumb, so, she did trick Amanda into wearing the collar.

Monty Python is funny, definitely, but not quite for the younger set, people don't usually discover it until later, unless you grew up with it.
For some fun, and a good introduction to Monty Python without watching all of the shows, look for Monly Python and the Holy Grail.
