Just out of curiosity, what lube did you use ? KY is terrible imo, it drys out really fast. and gets sticky, hence the suit being more difficult to put on than w/o lube. J-Lube on the other hand, you can mix it to your liking, water thin or a block of jello and it doesnt dry out all that fast, and if it does, just spray some water on it.
So I'm wondering...would it go any easier if the suit started inside-out, and sort of rolling/inverting it as you pull it up? (Insert obvious "body condom" jokes here, yadda yadda...no, I'm serious, might be worth trying to reduce friction against the skin.)
Also wondering if a puff of air might make it scoot up the body easier, then "burp" it once fully donned.

Ever try Baby powder? Its beter than jells and makes latex slide on much faster. I made latex gloves for a monster suit and that was the only way of getting them on.. Now geting them off after 8 hours thats annother story all together LOL.
