Before the bombs dropped, citizens of the United States (and the tourist from the rest of the world before the second World War) spent their vacations hiking the Appalachian mountains all across the east coast! That is why Blue Ridge created a small chain of camping sites, lounges, and shops near one of the most popular entrances to the path.

While many of the locations are private establishments or independent companies, the ones run by Blue Ridge have all their employees wearing similar attire to, not only show pride in their work but, show that each employee is ready to guide you through the trails, assist you, or anything of the such all with a smile on their face!

As the paths started getting used less and less due to the great resourse crisis(es) many of the workers began to get laid off or took on more work than most people should or could endour just to not lose their job till the point where one of the dropped dead while repairing a ship due to passing out and getting tangled on a rope, falling into the river.

At that point Blue Ridge was forced to shut down the trail for a few weeks as people try to find his body and the company running the trail fights a lawsuit from their family.

....And then the bombs fell before the park ever reopened again..
