Also the fact that he lost all his limbs and was set on fire. Whenever his suit malfunctions or breaks he uses the Dark Side to sustain his life until it can be repaired. The only reason he died after throwing Palpatine down the reactor shaft is because he let go of the Dark Side and let himself fade into The Force.
You're probably thinking of Star Wars Theory's fan film (which isn't canon.) However there are a few on-screen canon examples of when Vader's life support fails or his helmet breaks and he has to use the Force to sustain himself, notable in Rebels and the Kenobi series.
And the Prequel trilogy. Plus maybe Rogue One and some of the Star Wars shows, like The Mandalorian, Book of Boba, Kenobi and Andor. The sequel trilogy is optional (I don't like the sequels but I know a few people do.)
I've heard the animated Clone Wars and Rebels shows are good too, I just haven't gotten around to them. Tales of the Jedi is great though.
