Base from: https://www.deviantart.com/ultimate.....BASE-920746229 , if you like the base, make sure to check them out! <3While just a more wastelander version of the "Blue Ridge Guide Outfit", it is worn by members of the Transcontinental faction who have to deal with slightly rougher environments than the lush forest of Virginia such as the irradiated Boston area, the dry regions of the Texas Commonwealth, or even the monster ridden regions of the Gulf Commonwealth where literally everything is trying to kill you!
While not normally used by the handlers at stations, an exception is made at a few in rough environments such as Adams Station in Boston where if the radiation doesn't kill you, the mirelurks will!
The flask on the sock idea came from Fallout 4's Capital Wasteland CC
The shirt is based off of a real 1950's shirt o' Blue-Ridge
