Something bright and uplifting, featuring my OC, Hope Devereux. I wanted to make something to help pick me up on my off days. Border collies are also my favorite kind of dog. I didn't do a fantastic job on the dress, but I've gotten a little better at clothing since making this, and I think I'll do better next time.
