Howcome the Roo is the only one not wearing bottoms? Hmmm..
Looks really great. I've already cast my vote... and even though I love the hetero, I've just gotta see more tigers. ;) Damn my weakness to the stripes! (that and the cat just seems a bit.. wirey to me.)
By the way... the Platypuses (platypus? platipi? Platipod?) look cute in the background too.

I suppose in a world where everyone has fur, clothes become only a fashion statement. Plus have you ever tried putting pants on a 'roo? >;]
If an animal is plantigrade already (like 'roos, otters, etc), I try not to change them very much... and with a kanagroos giant tail, it looks very, very silly and you have to question *why* he'd wear pants.
Plus, I'd like to think animals are a little less shy about their dangley bits.
I mean, my neighbors golden retriever is constantly outside flashing the kids with this sheath! The gall.

Well, big Bermuta shorts might not be so out of the ordinary. And, hell, I've got no problem with folks showing off their dangly bits ('course.. I say that about the good lookin' ones. ;) ) I think the fact that we cover things up makes them more sexual (ankles, faces, etc. that have been covered because they were considered "riske" and now that we don't, they aren't AS associated with sex.) So I agree.. show 'em and a norm and folks won't see them as anything but "natural". For anthros though.. well.. I think he may just be seen as "accentric", but it ain't nessecarily illegal... so while he might get some stares, he probably enjoys it too. ;) That's just my thinkin' on the matter.
That's a very good point. Each character's choice of clothing also shows a little of their personality, more so than in our world where clothes are more to cover up and hide our "shame", rather than purely to show some of our character (even though they do double for that). That's part of why after just a few pages the characters of this comic already seem so defined.
