Calling it now: Faulty electrical wiring that causes an odd feeling and loose water pipes that make noise.
And yes, bad electrical wiring or bad electrical boxes like light bulb connections often cause people to feel weird. There was a "ghost hunter" program years ago whose team was comprised entirely of electricians and plumbers, and they'd just outright fix the cause of the spooky feelings people had.
