Now here are different expressions Sparky can make with the bellybutton part going from happy to sad emotions he'll make, the first expression he makes is a happy one where it's just like how an eye lid closed for the sweetness of candy or chocolate, the second is an angrier expression where he could be very impatient with the food or if he senses someone evil coming. The last expression is a sadder looking like if he's never going to eat something anyway or if he felt sorry for me when I'm down, I couldn't think of any other expression on what Sparky would have besides those three but oh well at least three would be enough.
