A female Polidulakav. It has a set of wings attached to its tail plus another set near its front. It has four legs plus a pair of arms. It has two big eyes, two smaller eyes, and a single tiny eye. Like a bat, it has trouble getting off the ground directly, and either has to climb and then take off or else use some kind of propulsion device.
It represents the Dutch/Netherlands.
