Wait, do you think Wizzy in this picture looks a bit smaller than his average rampages? Well, ya know, the marginal utility, that's it. It is highly recommended for him to not being too huge that often to stomp out all metropolis and planets in a few steps. Having a height shorter than several kilometers would let him some opportunities to interact with micros and to appreciate what he's got to entertain himself. And seems like Wizzy is already following this rule.
And what's more, he doesn't wear socks! :^)
