Combined a recipe with a tiktok trend of using rice paper and rolling it around mozzarella sticks to make cheesy rice cakes

Thoughts: Super yummy, I love tteokbokki when I'm in the mood for a little spiciness. The cheese helps balance it out so that it's not too spicy, and it has a pleasant texture. We don't have a place to buy rice cakes easily so making them out of rice paper is the next best thing and it works pretty darn well, especially for stuffing them with mozzarella cheese.
