Ah yes, the Steamfox. Curious bit of engineering, but is full of moist hot air. See: STEAM. LIke most steam driven machines, occaionally a poppet valve sticks and the steam does not flow evenly. The solution is to whack the vavle chamber and jar loose the valve and re-establish proper flow. Note application of said whack in icon, best applied from behind with an audible enhancement.

We keep to our own and tend to our worlds, and the slimy cockroaches of space called Humans steadily invade and suck up starsystems with theit Burger Kings and KFCs. The ship you see here no doubt is loaded with Pizza Hut insta-buildings to place on Kabrickia. : )

Lovely drawing too. Of course, I fly a D-7 modded hull, so a, slightly...well, moderately, hm...completely biased towards it. : )

Well, as much as I like Classic Star-Trek, TBG was more my thing, cuz´ I wachted them as a kid and still love TNG.

Well, without the Klingons, we wouldnt have won the Dominion War at all, but that the Klingons over came thier long hostility with the Romulans to defead the Dominon was something to rember.

It's an interesting note that this ship was originally designed by romulans, during the short lived alliance with the Klingons!
This is how the Klingons first got cloaking devices, something that the romulan star empire later regretted. =^^=

I have a blueprint of the K'tinga D-7 upgrade as my wallpaper ar work. They moved the weapons around a lot -- photon torpedoes fore and aft and disruptors in weird place. I've always loved the look of the D-7 and hated that the Romulan-based Bird of Prey model was used so much in later Star Trek series. 8/

You'd like my PTYPCC-13 variant D-7. Undercarriage 3rd nacelle, just for weapons and cloaking. Primary weapon, 8x Hellbore cannon, forward arc, four on each standard nacelle, the disruptors having been dismounted. 2 Gatlin Phasers <G> on the upper and lower hull, 180 arc, and a quad F Drone rack. Custom painted too. *evil grins* Has a pawprint on top of the 'wing'.

While I like K-H conversions such as the Anarchist, I find it hard to swallow 4 hellbores on one nacelle. That's WAY more weapon capacity than a little D-7 nacelle was meant to support. Even Klingon X-ships only had 3 disruptors per nacelle at most. 83

Quite true, then again, the only thing on the hull left original to the D-7 is the primary hull itself. I love the design. :P The nacelles are refit from a different ship, I *think* from a captured K'tenga class....not to sure. It's capacity is 4 heavy hardpoints total in any array. Doesn't leave me much for rear defense though. :P I do know I can not add anything more to this hull, it is modded to it's limit and still be game-legal.

I am curious, do you by chance know how the Andromeda Ascendant <sp?> has it's point setup done? I came across one playing the other night and left it alone, looked to mean to tackle. : P For me alone anyways.

My knowedge ends with Star Fleet Battles, some Starfleet Command and various TV shows. Sounds like you are playing some MMORPG like E.V.A. online, but with custom ships. Can't help you, I'm afraid. 83

Ah, yes, it's an online Starfleet Command Mmorpg. It is *supposed* to follow the SFB rules for ship assembly, but there have been known bugs and glitches. Like the one that will let you mount a Ph-4 on a ship, if you dismount everything else to free up point space first. The game tried to use it too, you power it up, and come to a complete stop as all power gets sucked away. Bad thing is, you can't even power the phaser up, so you can't fire it. <laughs> Most of us play on the honor system, we mod only from captured ships, and only as the game says is allowed. The main arena is where you run into strange mods that are not restricted, such as Red Dwarf, Galactica, <Old and new> and other ships I don't recognize. I try to snap screen shots when I see a new one though. Some are quite well done, other...eh.

Do you know where I can find those blue prints showing the internal arrangements of the D-7? I've been aching to do a 3-D cutaway of the ship.

"Blueprints" was probably the wrong word to use. The images and question are outside views. I will see if I can get you a link to the images I use as wallpaper at work.

I never seen something different from Star Trek movies, the TV series are in local TVs here in Italy :(:(:(... Like a loooooooooot Star Trek Nemesis :D:D:D !!!

I have Star Trek: Bridge Commander and I have about a hundred mods and fan-made ships on it!

This reminds me of a poster from the 70's of the Enterprise in battle against a battlecruiser. Except on that one, the Enterprise had suffered damage, too.
