More "design a bunch of possible alternate fursona" art, this one exists entirely because when talking to a friend of mine about hyenas, he mentioned he thought brown hyenas were the least visually appealing and I decided to jokingly suggest I design myself a brown hyena 'sona that he'd love, and then I actually followed through and ended up really liking the design myself.

I decided to name him "Hendrick", partly because of the alliteration with "hyena" (and I like the name "Henry" but have used it for at least one prominent character and possible fursona in my universe already, Henry Redmane), and partly because I ran out of "Dominic" names, and partly because I wasn't sure if I wanted to actually use him as yet another possible alternate fursona or just another character in-universe, but I do kinda like the idea of having an older character or two (I would put his canon age at somewhere in his early 40s) though as I approach that age in meatspace.

While I wasn't sure what to use him for initially, I decided he might be fun to use as a sort of "perv-sona" for exploring weird fetish/kink stuff I'm not necessarily willing or able to explore with other characters of mine--while he's a legitimately decent guy, shy and reserves and (hopefully) not too creepy, he has plenty of kinky thoughts and desires, and in that way he might work as something of a self-parody character for me just like how Skunk Boy started off. Only time will tell how well Hendrick pulls off a maid outfit, or how often he'll find himself bound and gagged or engaged in petplay at the end of a leash...

Of course, my "design a slut-sona" mission last year resulted in a couple interesting character designs while I just ended up doubling down on making Buck Donner the horniest character in my universe, and before that I designed Dominic Duncan as a "diaperfur-sona" in hopes of taking some of that cringe off my various other characters but just wound up drawing Skunk Boy running around in his Pampers even more as a result...
