New Arcturus ref made with the base by

I spent a lot of time on this, actually. So many clothing options!
Also had fun redesigning the body patterns to make them a bit simpler. I love how his old kimono pattern translated to a jacket, and I needed to add the clubbing outfit!
Arcturus is a crack pilot and cocky to match! He owns his own small ship but is always up to be hired onto bigger ships as a pilot. In between he takes bounty missions or flirt around the local clubs. He is a big xenophile.
