The 4D Arsenal Spawner Bands are a pair of bracelets with the function to store and dispense weapons into a pocket dimension referred as "The Arsenal" or other terms "The Inventory".

The bracelets are owned by Ferdinand with his current possession of the Saber Gunner suit. The Spawner bracelets has a small gray square which its a projector worn under the wrist located in the exact spot of a pulse point, used to scan, store, withdraw and dispense weapons by the wearer's will, once the wearer stored their weapons and equipments inside the bracelets, they are transferred into a pocket dimension where all their equipments are placed called "The Arsenal" (or Inventory). The bracelets can store anything but not limited to storing much larger objects but big enough to store an example of a personal transport such as a motorcycle. Additionally The Arsenal appears to have unlimited space which the user can store many items inside it in varying amounts, and the items stored in The Arsenal is not affected by aging or the event of wearing out when not in use because time is not applied in limitless space.

The bracelets can also be worn without wearing the Saber Gunner Suit, only the harness remain worn and under the clothing. The bracelets are highly untraceable to be detected under metal detectors and its contents when undergoing security inspection. The pairs are also practical which it eliminates the method of storing weapons beneath their bags or under their clothes, with the bracelet worn and equipped, the user can dispense weapons by will just by doing hand gestures that corresponds to the shape of the weapon or item distributed by the bracelets, it can also dispense items under the sleeves of a clothing.

Ferdinand Evanesca is the only known user who owns these bracelets while currently having his Saber Gunner suit in his possession. While not wearing the suit the blue stripe disappears making the bracelets to appear plain.
