His captive gaze oscillates between morbid fascination and sheer dread as his belly, now resembling an overinflated balloon, undergoes a grotesque transformation. It swells relentlessly, akin to a grotesque, thick, and sickeningly sweet liquid sloshing within. Every inch of his stomach feels as if it's been cinched tightly, rendering even the smallest movement an arduous struggle.

A guttural, cavernous rumble reverberates from within the depths of his distended abdomen, now stretched to an unimaginable size. Desperate to alleviate the pressure, he attempts to release a belch, but the trapped air merely reenters his already engorged stomach, dissolving into the swollen mass. His stomach, now pressing uncomfortably against his once-mighty thighs, seems to rebel against any restraint.

Boldheart, caught in this nightmarish ordeal, yearns for relief as the relentless, gelatinous substance continues to pour in unabated. His bloated, gurgling belly shows no mercy, relentlessly churning and struggling to break down the relentless onslaught of liquid. He wrestles to maintain some semblance of control as his stomach convulses violently, its contents sloshing and gurgling, invading every crevice of his tightly constrained core. In the midst of this torment, he longs for the solace of a soothing belly rub and a compassionate ear attuned to the plight of his excessively burdened belly.
