Reading this is putting a grin on my face. After the darkest hour of near death this is the next big emotion moment for me. This time it’s excitement.
This may be start of the dark times for the galaxy and the Jedi Order, but it is also the start of so much more. I’m eager to see where this goes next.

jokes aside, amazing to see more shistavanen charactters, i mean...in the new sw trilogy you barely see a non human alien, and they are all background characters.

Sadly Disney developed into the wrong direction. That is true.
Someone on youtube described the problem the best: "Episodes 7, 8 and 9 appeared like high budget fanfictions. Good stories in their own right, but they felt like Star Wars no more."
I agree: Hardly any interaction bedween humans and aliens, least some short shots to them in the background...
We had Greedo and Han Solo interacting, the spy with the long snout and the stormtroopers in Mos Eisley, Chewie and the Ugnaughts fighting over the parts of C-3PO, the Gamorrean guards choked by Luke etc.
In the old movies, the characters interacted with their surroundings much more. That made the SW galaxy so lifely.

I would say that this page could well be the most heart warming from the comic and definitely some of the most beautiful artwork. The detail of the Howling Cerberus has come out very well, and lovely to see the good ship again. Lovely as well to see Fennrer and Rashka again. Rashka looking very elegant and beautiful, while Fennrer with the familiar blue crystal pendant and a very fine jacket, with Han Solo I think would approve the style of his fellow smuggler.
Voolvif Monn also looking adorable once again in the last panel and at least for a moment able to forget the lingering pain of injuries and emotional trauma, as at last perhaps having lost a pack he finds himself amongst a new one, accepted as packbrother and friend, with the potential for the first time of being amongst fellow Shistavanen.
Help others and one day they may help you in turn, and so it's shown here as Fennrer would not have forgotten how Voolvif has rescued him when he needed it the most.
If he's feeling strong enough and it's not going to risk reopening his injuries, perhaps there will be some hugs and nuzzles for Voolvif, or rubs under the chin or behind the ears. Just my thought that at least amongst themselves Shistavanen would be like Wookiees in being quite affectionate and tactile, with the thought Voolvif might well need some of that after everything he's been through.
