Olivia Peck, the otter district attorney for Billon, has quite a close rapport with Inspector Harold Mallory, working hand in glove to try and bring the crooks and connivers within their fair streets to justice. Sometimes though, getting evidence on the more elusive crooks like BRASS or Amalgam is more like squeezing blood from a stone, and even if Mallory wasn’t hamstrung by his very own PD, it’s an uphill battle to secure a conviction on such controversial figures. Still, it helps to share their frustrations with each other, at the very least.
