Well I work with SAI Altering the "Blend mode" of the layer to Binary(If you want to test it, take as a tip to reduce or increase the opacity of the layer to make more visible the lines), you can also create a tool with the Binary properties to make simple color drawings like the old Ms.paint( http://img41.imageshack.us/i/wrongho.png/ ).
