A Shaymin as a lover and the situation being treated as if it was the most normal thing in the world?
I sure hope for you that the town the hero lives in has a justification for this (such as being a village of Pokémon Touched by Legendaries or them co-existing near a sacred place or them being a village of Chosen Ones) because else...
Well, Gary-Stu alert!

ADD-ON TO MY REPLY:
Sorry if it sounds rude ; I have massive amounts of experience with Pokémon fanfiction and usually, bad fanfics can be spotted via unjustified use of Legendaries and 'cool species'. Likewise, as pointed out via my comment on the poster, it seems you are going for a classic 'kidnapping & rescue' scenario. I might be wrong though.
So instead of being all negative, I'll ask a few questions and try to be constructive.
-First of all, if the poster is saying anything, you seem to have a story and characters in mind. Are you going for a classic 'kidnapping & rescue' plot or is that a prelude to a longer story?
-Nice use of frames and dialog boxes. Too many sprite comic artists fail to realize the effects they can have. Nice touch with the 'gender borders' too ; this is a point ignored way too often by sprite comic artists regarding PMD fan stories.
-Nice to see you use emoticons. Try not to overuse them, especially with the main character species (which have built-in physical poses).
-Details are good ; it is nice that you fill the frames instead of taking the backgrounds 'raw' ; it helps infuse atmosphere and feeling into the story. Keep up with that.
-Not much that can be said with the dialogue ; it's too early. I see not much to fault so far though.
Those are my comments overall. Hope it helps. If you want me to help you with anything, contact me and I'll be glad to help you.

well i see shaymin as a normal pokemon and not realy a legendary dunno why i just do and i dont see whats wrong with a shaymin in a romantic relationship the way you made it sound is like a traditional catholic family may only marry another catholic person
and to the kidnapping and rescure thing its sorta like that but she taken to get personal revenge against floatzel from the unkown mastermind of the gang whos involved in floatzel's past :
yeah i'm trying to make the town and other ares look more alive with others doing things in the background

A Gary-Stu is a male version of a Mary Sue ; a character whose positive attributes or powers are emphasized on so much that the character becomes boring. A Gary-Stu would be, for example, a super Trainer who effortlessly defeat Mew, Mewtwo, Arceus, Regisgiga, Rayquaza, and Lugia all together with a single hit only from his golden super special Espeon without a sweat and then complaining that it was too easy.
That is an extreme example but it should give you an idea of what that type of character is.
Simply put? Your Flotzel character seems to have vibes of being such a character, what not with him being paired up with a Legendary as if it was normal and no justification being given (such as him being a Chosen One or whatever).

oh well i din't have that intended as i said before i cant realy see shaymin as a legendary myself....... just seemed to fit in my opinioun this is a world of pokemon only no humans and i consider all pokemon equal its just i see legendarys have a bit more responsibility/dutys
but thanks for the info
but thanks for the info
... just a tiny bit of responsabilities/duties? Are we talking about the same Pokémon?
Last I knew, Legendaries tended to be unique, immortal (don't age, respawn if killed) super-powered personifications and embodiments of concepts, aspects, and elements of the Pokémon World, some of which are literally older than time and space themselves. And they also tend to have absurdly massive powers (like vaporizing two full armies of thousands of humans and high-level Pokémon with a single move). And due to the cosmic nature of their powers, their offsprings tend to be mortal, far weaker versions, some of which look very different from the originals (Phione coming to mind).
In fact, the catchable, non-talking Legendaries most often seen tend to be 'Half-Legendaries', mortal offsprings of the originals. The originals, when they appear, tend to be very noticeable due to the fact that they're often larger, talk, and have insane god-like powers.
However, even if the Legendaries in use here are the mortal, non-super powered versions, it still irks me because even Half-Legendaries tend to be very rare and to have powers far beyond the powers wielded by your average 'mortal' species Pokémon. Even a 'mass-produced' servant-type Legendary like Shaymin wield powers that would leave any mundane Pokémon, short of a very ancient and powerful Dragonite/Tyranitar/Garchomp, in the dust on basically every level.
So frankly? Having everyone act so casual when a Shaymin move into town? I don't buy it.
I just feel that if you're going to use them in such a casual, mundane manner then what's the point of using Legendaries in the first place? Kind of pointless if you ask me.
