Lucian was a scientist attempting to reverse engineer the Pokemorph virus from samples that he managed to obtain.

The good(?) news? He managed to succeed in doing so.

The bad(awkward?) news? It turns out that what he managed to create seemed to suffer from some 'glitching', leading to him becoming a MALE Salazzle. To compound onto this, the pheromones that he could create also still only seemed to work on males as well.

On the plus side, this at least gives him material to research!
