This prison has sophisticated enough healthcare that they can replace a robotic limb with an organic one (I'm assuming this is how Rivet had her robotic arm replaced), but they can't serve the inmates halfway decent food? They shouldn't be taking the guards captive, they should be catching whoever is taking suggestions from the investors to maximize profit.
