But its a eurasian badger! This makes it awesome by default!

I haven't even gotten to the stage where I have to worry about open mouths (or facial angles other than the semi-side profile). All growth requires a little stumbling in the field of creation. The trick is not to be afraid of making something you don't feel is 100% perfect. Sometimes just being able to finish a piece, despite being adamant that "it just isn't quite right", is exactly how we learn how to get it right. If we were always content our work is perfect, we would lose all our drive to develop, right?

I really love badgers(the hero archer from my project is a badger called Kai), and i must say: very well done!!
