Aftermath of WW3 a city was being build, ideally to create a better society. Including it was a way to fix the mutation spreading. It took few more years later that the mutation stopped but chaos struck and the block walls was turned into a living hell. Some say that. They can hear the screams of the block walls outside of it because there was no escape. Some say that people still live there and tried to escape but didn’t make it. The land is deserted with barely any sight of plants or water ( which the water was radiated). The only thing that matter to most people outside of the walls is who are the ones who live to tell the experience of the Block Walls
