So according to these screenshots I've been digging up, King Kuya is apparently a power hungry mage who seeks to obtain a magic spell known as the "Last Spell" which is supposed to be the most powerful spell in the world, which in turn makes the caster the most powerful. After finally obtaining it from the 'good guys' he shows just how powerful he is by swelling larger than his own Kingdom.

I put a bit more effort into this one, since King Kookoo was swelling over an ocean in the original, I thought I'd go the extra step and make Kuya swell over an entire Kingdom. It also means I can use this background for other parts should I be motivated to keep up with the sequence haha.
