Well, after months of not submitting any of my original work, not from a lack of working mind you, I've finally written something I can post. The current projects are just taking a lot longer then anticipated but today's Thursday Prompt kicked me into high gear though and helped me to produce this mini-prequel of my current big project, "A Pirate's Life for me", hence the pirate flag icon rather then the usual logo I use.
This was all written in a day with an Open Office program that did not want to run spell check for some reason so I do apologize for any grammatical or spelling errors you come across in advance.
