This pamp scroll, passed down through the Xing royal family which they then passed it to the Mienshao family for safe keeping, so that future generations of the royal family can learn the Single, Rapid and Fusion strike styles. Though ever since being entrusted to the Mienshao family, the scroll has gained some curious new properties, such as the ability to increase the combat and mixed martial arts proficiency of whoever is holding it, this ability is passive so as long as the person is holding the scroll, they receive the buff. The other passive ability allows the wielder to use pamp abilities corresponding to the three fighting styles, ranging from turning others into pamps to diapercritter Tf.
