Ah.. I wasn't sure from the sketchy manner of the art. (also, in that linked art, I wouldn't have surmised that that snakey lady was a synthetic. I see no 'obvious' seams or anything of that.. robotic sort. Not that i'm being robo-racist, its just well.. usually you see robots that are... like your wall-e type, e.g. OBVIOUSLY mechanical... or the synth-companion here, with digi-visors and obvious mechanical-esque sections?
