The set piece is gorgeous, and this is a classic way to introduce a villain. However, does it really need to be an entire page? The blacked out villain on the throne is so tiny it's almost impossible to tell he's there in this shot. Meanwhile, the bottom half of the page is almost entirely black. Couldn't that space be used for more panels that give us close-ups on him from different angles? As much as I can tell what you're going for, most of this panel feels like an empty waste of narrative visuals.
