I think it's always an interesting discussion when a setting has prosthetics that can pass for natural. When it comes to getting one, do you go with the natural look and essentially pretend you never lost what was replaced, or do you keep the artificial look and embrace the fact that it's a replacement? It feels like that decision (when it is a decision of course) can give you some insights to a character's/person's mindset.
