This reminds me of that "Jack o pose" meme.
As for the picture itself, the mountains are quite well drawn for what they are. They're somewhat simplistic but they're not designed to be complicated and they seem to support her well.
She looks like she has a lot of squish to her, and I know that city must be getting a good view!
I'm not sure what to say about the colour gradient in the sky, but it makes it look more interesting than a solid colour .
