Over the past year I've been slowly getting into MTG. My goodness is it complex but I can see why so many people love it. Not just in terms of the gameplay but it's story too. Well, once you ignore the story beats that are clearly just a stunt to make the audience gasp only to then wrap things up way too quickly but I'm going on a tangent.
I've dabbled a little with creating custom cards and after several attempts and badgering my good friend :enigma530: WAY too many times I think this is the best I've done. Before we go further no, Richard is not a planeswalker in the story so please don't start thinking his spark will ignite or anything like that.
This card was meant to fit into the play style I tend to use in games like marvel SNAP and MTG spellslingers where I build up the strength of cards I have out in play. I think this card does it pretty well considering how cheap it is for a planeswalker card. I've been told it would fit well into a deck that relies on tokens. I'm still a novice in MTG as I've only played with one beginners deck but hey, you have to start somewhere.
Will there be more MTG cards from me in the future? Depends on how empty my wallet is and whether you peeps want to see more.

Looks balanced (maybe not "pushed" like an accountant wants to sell cardboard).
Like the third ability, "friendly creatures get a +1/+1 token" should probably also be "creatures you control get a +1/+1 counter". Though I don't think any cards in the game say "creatures controlled by players on your team" so that might be cooler.
Might also be worth it to add "-- Richard" to the type line?

Interesting card, yet I see some text issues but it's okay for a fellow card crafter and MtG player ^..^
I fixed the texts for you:
Legendary Planeswalker -- Richard
+1: Create a 1/1 white and red Dragon Knight creature token with flying.
Reasons:
- Like your reply above, "Richard" is included as a planeswalker subtype, and is helpful to be identified by other spells. (For example, the uncommon Triumph cycle cards in War of the Spark). Otherwise, he'd be the new Wanderer. :3
- "Summon" is an obsolete MtG terminology for creatures being cast or creature tokens being created.
- "Dragon Knight" is capitalized, since token card names are based on creature subtypes written on creature cards. Color names "white and red" remain in small caps.
