
Everyone loves ginger snap cookies. I periodically make and send out baked goods to my friends. Thought id share with FA toooooo.
3/4 cup of butter, 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup molasses. mix together with a fork until soft and fluffy. Mix 2 cups flour, 1 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger (or more to taste) and 2 tsp of baking soda in a separate bowl, and then mix with creamed mix. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Roll into 1" balls, roll around gingerly in a bowl of sugar, bake for 8-10 minutes for soft, 10-12 for crispy cookies. ENJOY <3
