I put the IPA pronunciation there, but to use English words to kind of explain it (English vowels are all sorts of messed up and dialect dependent so this is just me trying to get close), it would be rail-key. The main thing that's weird is the initial R sound which is both trilled and voiceless. This means that you don't engage your vocal chords while saying it and the easiest way to do it is kind of add a breathy H sound before the R. But this is why everyone just calls her Rel, pronounced like rail. Because, despite making her name, even I recognize that it is way too hard to pronounce.

Yeah, she basically has ended up as collateral damage for way too many of Kaj's pranks. Even when he is explicitly trying to avoid her, she somehow ends up getting hit. As for why she's angry, that's more of just a personality fault. She just has anger issues and finds it difficult to control that emotion. She probably needs therapy and anger management to be honest.

On the dress they were supposed to be little flowers, but sadly I had to compress the image way too much to make them noticeable.
