While Rubber Rocket Boss Mewtwo is usually calm and collected, his rage when unbridled is something truly terrifying to behold, and is one of main reasons that the Rubber Rockets do their best to stay on his good side at all times.
For him to get this angry means that one of his subordinates must’ve screwed up big time and now is about to pay the ultimate price.
Though he hasn’t realized it as yet, his pet/prisoner, the Former Head of Team Rocket, Togepi Giovanni has been also manipulating his emotions, causing him to become more mean and crueler as time goes on, though it is lingering love for his deceased daughter Amber, who he tragically cannot remember due to the process of becoming a Rubber Rocket, that keeps him able to hold off his pet’s unknowing dark influence over him.
The fact he cannot remember his life as Dr. Fuji and his beloved Amber may also be contributing to his increasing internal frustration.
