Reygen is a unique cybernetic Angeliic Dragon.
Angeliic Dragon is my open species, but Reygen have the particularity to be partially robotic. My first idea when I created him is that he had an accident and almost died, but was saved and made partially robotic. Of course his owner can change this story.

The laser of his wings can be shutted down, his halo at the end of his tail and his horns is a bit looking like a CD and the colors vary the same way, his belly have the same color as CD but is soft. The white part are soft and dragon-like with iridescent scales. The grey parts are like an armor.
