Having snuck through the vents, I drop down and scan the room for any sign of the remote... aha! On the table next to the couch- what a devious hiding place. But no matter, it's my victory now! All I have to do is hit him while he's distracted... huh? N... no, this is my big moment! The climax of my story! The series finale! But I could just press a button and it would be a done deal... b-but I have to gloat!! I have to. It wouldn't be satisfying otherwise! It's fine... my victory is totally, absolutely, positively assured. Nothing can go wrong.
