Sure Aver for the SNES is action packed and full on ninjas and explosions, but the GB port is a puzzle platform akin to Donkey Kong 1994.
Can YOU figure out how Aver can get to the exit?
Because some have guessed, here's the solution. Of course, you couldn't have guessed because the obstacles and mechanics haven't been explained....
* - Open valve to the right.
- jump up on ledge, then to the middle platform
- Switch drops the bridge over the girder
- Aver oozes into the pipe, which the previous valve opened
- bucket is already moving back and forth, Aver needs to go in it because he'll slip through the grated floor
- The button on the far side turns off the exit force field
- slip through the grate if you want
- collect the key and carry/throw it up the platforms
- exit through the door

Obviously the answer is to jump up from the block on the left to the switch in the center, getting the bucket moving, then use the pipe to get up there, grab the item on the top left, then use the goo powers to cling to the underside of the top right platform and fall down to the exit. Easy.
Go right to valve. Use valve. Pipe contents propel bucket left along pulley. Exit door is powered. Go left, collecting key on the way. Jump and press switch to drop platform. Cross to door. Use key.
ETA: May need to turn the valve off before dropping platform, it seems like there may also be a line of pipe contents on level with it if they're both actively exuding with the valve on
