The boss fight of the first realm... though typically not the first boss players fight.
I've always liked the design of the Lich and apparently other people think the same since there is a hidden boss in Skyrim based on him. Though I've never fought him myself because in typical Bethesda fashion, every time I've tried to unlock that boss something glitches out. >_<
