I've been trying to get those question marks away so I've been thinkin and looking at the other ones that had text files and so I don't know if it will work but i hope it does.

To get rid of the blocks in .txt encode it as a UTF-8

An easy way to get rid of the question marks, if you use something like Microsoft Word, save it as a text file, and there's a popup box where near the bottom there's a check box that says allow character substitutions. Click that and all the ?'s will disappear.
