I dunno, I kinda like her.
To me, she seems like a ghost that would hang around a mansion or hotel somewhere, maybe the ghost of a performer at the hotel. She would scare people for fun, like causing them to wake up in the middle of the night only for them to be staring right at her face or something like that, but she wouldn't be actively trying to harm anyone, just having fun with people.
I honestly wouldn't mind someone like her haunting me as long as she wasn't a malevolent spirit.
