Upon realizing that the moose's casino chain hadn't collapsed and closed down as expected, and instead word spread through the underworld of many stray gangsters consolidating as new staff beneath a new manager who seemed ready to pick up the pieces of moose's empire. It seems par for the course that nothing changes in this cruel city.
For one of the three original surviving members of the pack, this left a particularly awful taste. Almost invalidating the revenge he took in Circle's name. The Pup, eager to prove his place in the pack, join Triangle in the raid of the new crime lord's penthouse. They find the former Laywer reclined in his couch, dead to rights in their barrels.
