The whole idea of a target shotgun has always seemed a little silly to me. Unless the target is a Zombie.

They make tazer shells now that you can fire from a small callibur shotgun... The only reason they don't make a pistol like shotgun for this purpose is because it could also fire shot, which would qualify it as a sawed off..

Stateside, they are illegal. It doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but the gangsters use to use them back in the day, and the law has just never seen fit to unban them...
