Here's Whimsy. I've been meaning to upload an art of her weekly on Wednesdays(I can easily upload a weekly Whimsy Wednesday art for at least two years.)
Whimsy appears to be a clonn. A human-like race that naturally has exagerated proportions. Her limbs are long, resulting in her being a slender 6'5". Her hands and feet are massive, which she hides beneath the poofy white gloves and big platform shoes. Her eyes, nose, and mouth are all also very large. She keeps her nose hidden under the clown nose, and uses her makeup to help obscure the size of the rest of her facial proportions.
Her skin is very pale, aside from some areas that have a bright red blush. Her nose and cheeks are a bright red compared to the rest of her, but the makeup and clown nose help obscure it. Beyond all of this, she is a circus performer that adopts a clown aethetic so that all her physical quirks just come across as part of the performance and not as part of who she is.
~
Whimsy's an allegory for my own personal gender identity struggles as a trans woman. Like her, I too have to struggle with being a tall woman with some unfortunately mannish proportions.
Like Whimsy, I've spent a lot of time covering up my true nature. Wearing oversized clothes to cover up the traits of my body, or the time I spent before coming out always hiding my fem presentation as some kind of flamboyant performance.
There's a lot about Whimsy I plan to share. From her adventures as a DnD and Pathfinder character, her backstory, the functions of her imaginary friends, and my own journeys of personal growth that she's held guide me through. I'll keep these spread across my Weekly Whimsy uploads. So, stay posted.
