The crew on the Voyager Spacecraft often heard stories of terrifying infections from alien planets. These foreign microbes could alter the DNA of their inhabitants, turning them into the perfect host for new alien life in ways often described as horrifying and grotesque. It was no wonder that when the captain of the Voyager began to experience symptoms of this illness, the crew were terrified. Alarms sounded across the ships hallways as evacuation shuttles were crammed with crewmates, the captain looking upon the panic and chaos with horror as he watched the very crew he'd trained to handle whatever situation space threw at them buckle under the loss their captain. He idly tried to pull the shreds of his uniform over his effeminate alien body as he stared, whispering something in a language his crew would never recognize. What was he to do?
