Well I had to function in several pounds of Flack armor not to mention Chem gear, in my military day. Very uncomfortable but a necessity. yes it reduced my ability to fight, but that was due to mobility.

He had some morphs but they aren't that noticeable. I probably could have modded things myself but I'm getting lazy in my old age and browsing a few hundred dials is starting to get overwhelming..

This kind of screams 'Tank Girl' to me. Maybe tinker with a more punk hairstyle after you get the basics down? :D
