Esteemed commenter suggested the green color of Bunky's underwear as a potential source of some of the weird happenings. That's an intriguing idea. Certainly has some meme magick potential, more on that later. For a start, wearing green on certain days in certain cultures prevents being pinched. Secondly, I have established that only the three primal colors are represented in death symbolism, and there's a good reason for excluding green. The Green Death does not exist due to society's denial about death happening in youth and health. This denial would leave this particular spiritual entity without a body within the established culture. This, combined with its obvious power, as both the Cornucopia of the year (combined with the fact Spring is carnage season), would make such an entity extremely frustrated, without temples or worship, prone to irrupt unanounced in the physical world in the goofiest of ways to make the living miserable.
The last ingredient is the door/gate/arch, traditional thresholds to the other world. More on that later.
But what does the Doorhead do? Who knows what adding green to the triad of symbolic colors actually does, besides taking you into the Google dimension. Condemn you to wandering into an endless ocean of memes for all eternity?

Except... THAT's not google. The colors are not in the right order are they?
Perhaps it's Google's self proclaimed sister Goojje. The pawprint (borrowed from legitimate Chinese search engine Baidu https://www.flickr.com/photos/rusty.....ck/4313260479/) makes its occurrence more likely among wolvse and other canines, at least that's how the theory goes. After all, do they not say "Goojje it, loneliness all eliminated"?
I'm not going insane by the way, just being silly.
