Well, I think this is something that I should of done a while ago. Just wanted to show off Rubibi and her various powers. Uh, if you have any questions this doesn't answer, feel free to ask.

Age: Can appear as any age due to time travel, but commonly seen as 23
Species: Celebi (Time Travel Pokemon)
Move List: Recover, Nasty Plot, Leaf Storm, Grass Knot
Ability: Natural Cure
Unique Powers: Time Travel. Able to heal plants and plant type pokemon to perfect health. Uses this plant recover to allow her body to separate and reconnect just for fun. She can also do this to other plant pokemon using her powers. Sunlight gives her a random growth like power.
Likes/Hobbies: Pocket watches, playing dress up, making friends.
Dislikes: Butterflies, clingy people, perverts.
